General Questions

Will registrations increase or decrease when everyone has to sign up online? Volunteers? Donations? The expereince of our clients is very consistent that all will increase. By making it easier there is more participation across the board. Increases in participation are typically 15-20%. For volunteers, the increase has been as high as 30%, while donations have increased by up to 25%.

Can you process membership as well as program payments? Donations? Merchandise sales? Yes, the system will process all payments, including membership, donations, sponsorships and merchandise sales. This includes keeping track of your membership records to ensure memberships are current when a participant registers for a program.

Does everyone have to pay by credit card? Do you handle deposits?  Not everyone has to pay by credit card. And, yes, the system allows you to accept and record offline payments by checks if you want to. Count Me In also handles deposits, including allowing you to set the minimum amounts.

We already run a pretty tight ship. Will you really save us staff time and money?  Yes. All our customers have experienced considerable savings--typically around $20 per registration - even those who already used other online registration services. This includes a built in image and document repository.  Our support staff are always there to help you access historical records, set-up current programs or answer "how-to" questions. Our customers tell us this has made them far less vulnerable to the loss of key volunteers.
We understand that some companies have gone bankrupt and their customers lost money. Do you hold onto our money? No, unlike other companies in the industy Count Me In does not hold onto your money. Instead you set up your own credit card account with one of our approved processers and then all funds flow immediately and directly to your bank account. This is not only the safest financial management for your organization it's also the best for your cash flow.
